Costa Rica Macho

The cherry reposado process really comes through here — there's a syrupy stone fruit thing going on that I wasn't expecting from a Catuai. I brewed it as a pour over at a slightly coarser grind and it stayed sweet all the way through the cup, no bitterness at the tail end.

I brewed this as a pour-over and got a really clean, sweet cup with almost no bitterness. Grown at 1,900 meters, you can taste that slow maturation in how smooth it finishes. Already ordered a second bag.
