Third Wave Water - Classic Light Roast Profile

Adding one packet to a gallon of distilled water made my light roast taste noticeably cleaner and more balanced—no weird tap water flavors.

I was skeptical that a little packet could change much, but the difference in my light roast pourover was obvious by the second cup. The acidity comes through cleaner and the finish is sweeter instead of that flat, chalky taste I used to get. One packet per gallon is easy enough to keep up with.

My tap water here is pretty hard, so my light roasts always came out a bit flat and chalky no matter how I adjusted the grinder. Dropping one packet into a gallon of distilled water fixed that in a single brew — the fruity notes finally came through.
