Kalita Wave

The flat bottom really makes a difference — my pours are way more even now and the coffee tastes noticeably smoother. I love how the stainless steel feels sturdy and looks great on my counter.

Switched over from a cone dripper and the difference in consistency surprised me. The wave filter keeps the grounds flat so every cup comes out evenly extracted, no bitter patches. Cleanup is just tossing the paper, which I appreciate on busy mornings.

The flat bottom really does give a more even extraction than my old cone dripper, no more sour patches in the cup. Only gripe is the #185 filters can be a pain to find locally, so I've started ordering them in bulk.
