The washed processing really shows here, super clean cup with a tea-like body I wasn't expecting from an Ethiopian. Knowing it's grown at 2,100 meters makes the bright, floral notes make sense. Been brewing it pour-over every morning this week.

I usually drink darker roasts, so I wasn't sure about this washed Ethiopian, but the cup is so clean and delicate I finished the bag faster than expected. Knowing it's grown at 2,100 meters in the Limu region makes the floral notes feel earned. Already ordering another.

Bright and tea-like in the cup, with that clean washed clarity I look for in a Limu. My only gripe is it fades a bit by the second week, so I've started buying smaller bags.
