Sourced from high-elevation growing regions in Huila and Cauca, this blend combines washed and natural coffees, including Pink Bourbon, sourced from some of Colombia’s most celebrated varieties. Decaffeinated using the natural Sugar Cane process, the coffee retains sweetness, texture, and aromatic complexity while delivering a clean, satisfying finish.

I was skeptical a decaf could taste this full, but the washed and natural mix really comes through with a syrupy body. Brewed it in my Aeropress and got none of that flat, cardboard aftertaste I usually expect.
