The washed process on this one is so clean — I get a bright citrus note up front that fades into something almost tea-like. Been brewing it as a pour-over every morning this week and it's easily the most interesting bag I've opened all year.

That 1,680-meter elevation really comes through in the cup, bright and clean with a nice structure from the washed process. I ground it a bit coarser for my drip machine and it still held onto plenty of sweetness. Easily one of the better Huila coffees I've had this year.
