Hannah D. ★★★★★

The washed processing really lets the fruity notes shine through — I can taste the clean, sweet finish from the first sip. Perfect for mornings when I want something bright but not acidic.

Chloe ★★★★★

Brewed this as a pour-over and got a bright, almost tea-like cup with a clean finish. You can really taste the heirloom varieties — it's floral and delicate rather than heavy. At this altitude you'd expect something sharp, but it's surprisingly smooth.

Violet ★★★★★

The washed processing really lets the fruit notes come through clean in my drip maker. You can taste that high-altitude heirloom character, bright and tea-like without any bitterness. Easily the freshest Ethiopian I've had all year.
