The high altitude in Tolima really comes through in the cup—clean, bright, and surprisingly sweet for a washed coffee. I've been reaching for this every afternoon as a welcome break.

I've been drinking this every morning for two weeks and the cherry sweetness is still the first thing I notice before the cocoa kicks in. Knowing it comes from smallholder farms in Tolima at that altitude makes it taste a little better, honestly.

I usually drink darker roasts, but this Tolima lot converted me — it's bright and clean without any bitterness, and I can actually taste the citrus everyone talks about. Knowing it comes from smallholder farms above 1,700 meters makes the $18 bag feel worth it.
