Brewed this as a pour-over and the fruit notes really come through without any bitterness. For a washed Pink Bourbon grown that high in Huila, it's surprisingly delicate and sweet.

I usually drink dark roasts so this was a nice change of pace. Brewed it as a pour-over and got a clean cup with a light fruit sweetness, nothing harsh at all. Knowing it's grown at 1,800 meters in Huila makes the price feel fair.
